Join South Central Texas CMAA as we kick off the new year with Leo Gomez, President & CEO of Brooks!

Leo will give a brief history of Brooks, from its establishment in 1917 as an Army Air Corp training facility for young cadets through it’s 100-year history of becoming a premiere redevelopment after the Base Realignment Commission caused the base to transform into a state-of-the-art live, work, and play community with more than 3,000 people day-to-day coming through the gates.

Leo will inform our group of the incentives and partnerships that have been formed and continue to prosper due to the strategic location to many downtown and south side businesses. He also will brief our attendees on the status of ongoing and current projects being developed such as several awarding winning restaurants and the new CAST Med. Health Management High School. Leo will close by telling everyone about the future direction of the campus and all that is planned in 2019 and to come.
